If you are an enthusiastic saxophonist, this is the course for you! You will have the opportunity to work with two outstanding tutors, Karen Street and Andy Tweed, both renowned players, educators and composers. In a friendly and supportive atmosphere they will coach ensembles and run workshops to give you new techniques on improving your playing. You can also take part in performance classes or masterclasses, and have a chance to dip your toes into different styles of music including contemporary and improvisation. Uniquely, Karen and the local, young composer, Fintan O’Hare, will again be writing two new pieces for this course.
CCSC takes place in the amazing setting of Cape Cornwall Club and the nearby beautiful studio of Boswedden House. Residential and non residential places will be available.
