Andy Tweed and Karen Street are inviting enthusiastic saxophone players to come and join them for a relaxed and fun saxophone ensemble play day in Leighton Buzzard on Saturday 22nd July 2023.
Karen needs little introduction to any saxophone player, you have probably played one of her pieces either for an exam, in a quartet or an existing ensemble. This is a great opportunity to work with her and she will be introducing some of her new pieces.
Andy is a well known saxophone player and educator, he has been at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire for many years with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Any age welcome, music is provided, just bring your saxophone(s).
Standard – Approximately Grade 5 – to get the most out of the experience you will need to be able to sight read reasonably well.
For this event there will be limited amount of places so booking is essential.
