Conservatoire Clarinet Competition 2025
The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland are inviting young UK clarinettists to apply to
the Conservatoire Clarinet Competition, sponsored by The Wind Section.
Pupils in full-time school education across the UK, of Grade 5 and above, are eligible to
apply.
A panel of RCS specialists will select up to five clarinettists to compete in a live final at the
RCS on Sunday 16 February 2025 as part of the Conservatoire Clarinet Festival, sponsored by
Buffet Crampon.
The Wind Section are offering the winner £1,000 towards a Buffet instrument purchase and
all finalists will be offered a 1:1 clarinet lesson with an RCS specialist and tickets to attend an
RCS concert of their choice.
